Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy on unopened items. If your Total Zzz online purchase arrives damaged, contact us for directions on receiving a return/refund/exchange.

1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.

2. Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address, and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Total Zzz is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

3. Please address your return package to:

We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable unless it is a damaged item.

4. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

5. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.

6. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Total Zzz products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on totalzzz.com may be returned for a refund.
